Built around how agents win business
Local search, listings, reviews and staying in touch. Each tool knows your communities and your brokerage, and explains what to do in plain language.

Get found
Sellers search your name and "real estate agent near me" before they call. Buyers search the community first.
- Website check
- Crawls your site the way Google does: speed, mobile, titles, schema and listing pages. One verdict, and a plain fix for every problem.
- Community keywords and rankings
- We find the searches that matter in your areas — "homes for sale in …", "real estate agent …", "what is my home worth …" — and track your position every week.
- Google Business Profile and reviews
- A profile optimiser, a review reply writer and weekly star tracking. The map pack is where sellers look first.
- AI search visibility
- Each week we ask AI assistants who to call in your area, and show whether you are named — and who is named instead.

Market your listings
Every listing is a campaign for the home and an advert for you. Do it well every time without starting from a blank page.
- Listing descriptions
- MLS®-ready remarks, headlines and captions written from your facts, using fair housing wording.
- Posts for every listing
- Just listed, open house, just sold and market updates — written natively for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and your Business Profile, then scheduled.
- Community pages and market updates
- The pages that win "[community] homes for sale", drafted from what you know and published to WordPress or your hosted blog.
- Open house kits
- Posts, a Business Profile update, a door-knock note and the follow-up email for everyone who signs in.

Grow your business
Turn attention into appointments, and past clients into referrals.
- Seller and buyer lead ads
- Google and Meta campaigns planned inside the housing ad rules, with your brokerage name where it has to be.
- Follow-up emails
- Buyer nurture, home valuation follow-up, open house follow-up and past-client sequences, ready to send.
- Competing agents
- See which agents outrank you in your communities, what they do better and the pages you are missing.
- Progress you can see
- A weekly snapshot of your site, rankings, AI visibility and reviews, with an alert when something drops.
How it works
- 1
Check
Add your website. In a few minutes you know what is working, what is broken and what to fix first.
- 2
Plan
Tell us your communities, goals and budget. You get a 90-day plan built on the few channels that fit you.
- 3
Publish
Write community pages, listing posts, ads and emails, then publish or schedule them from the same screen.

Rather hand it over?
The portal does the day-to-day. When you want a person — a manual audit, your Business Profile set up properly, community pages written, lead ads built — ask our SEO team. Someone replies, usually within one business day, with a plan and a price. Nothing is charged until you accept a quote.

Clear costs, accounts in your name
Most of what helps agents on Google is free: Search Console, Analytics and your Business Profile. What costs money — Google and Meta ads, a domain email — is shown with realistic ranges before you start. You open those accounts in your own name, pay Google and Meta directly and connect them here. We never take a cut of your ad budget.

Questions agents ask
How do I know if my website is good or needs work?
Enter your address above. We score eight areas from 0 to 100 and give one verdict: 80 and up is good, 55 to 79 needs optimisation, below 55 is poor. Every finding comes with a plain-language fix.
My site runs on a brokerage template or an IDX platform. Will this still help?
Yes. The check separates what you can change yourself — titles, community pages, your Business Profile — from what your website provider has to change. Posts, ads, emails and community content work whatever your site runs on.
Why not just rely on the big listing portals?
Portals bring buyers to listings, not to you. Your own site, your Business Profile and your reviews are what sellers find when they search your name or "real estate agent near me" — and what AI assistants read when someone asks who to call.
Does it follow fair housing and advertising rules?
Everything the portal writes describes homes and amenities, never who should live there. Ad plans use Meta's Housing category and Google's housing ad rules, and remind you to show your brokerage name. You review everything before it goes out.
What is AI search optimisation?
More people now ask ChatGPT, Google's AI Mode or Perplexity which agent to call. Being named depends on clear answers on your site, reviews and mentions elsewhere — all checked and supported here.
Can a team or brokerage use it?
Yes. Add several websites and team members with their own roles. Each organisation's data is kept separate.
What if I want someone to just do it for me?
Ask the team from inside the portal: manual audits, Business Profile setup, community pages, lead ads and monthly managed marketing. You see a written quote before any work starts, and the software subscription is separate.
